Carolyn Phillips

Carolyn Phillips is a wife, mother of 2, and United States Air Force Master Sergeant, Pharmacy Technician with over 17 years of active military service and has served as the 2023 & 2024 COGS Chief Executive Officer.

 Carolyn is a firm believer that we are better together. She believes there is power in the ability to connect over our differences, which drives our self-discovery, our purpose, and defines our focus. It is time to rebuild our tables; today is the day, Day One: To BE the change, to be a CATALYST!

Sandra has been fortunate to have great leaders in during her career and those that have made the most impact where ones that have been able to inspire her through their words. In her role as Team Eglin's Professional Development Advisor, she is excited to be able to give back to the community by providing professional opportunities that enhance personal growth. Sandra is passionate about education and about giving people the tools they need to succeed and reach their ultimate potential.

Niki, originally from the Midwest, is Eglins Integrated Prevention and Resiliency Coordinator. Outside of work, she's a loving dog mom who finds joy in paddle boarding. Niki's commitment to helping others extends beyond her professional role, reflecting her compassionate nature. With a brother who's AF enlisted, she understands the importance of resilience and embodies the quote, "Life doesn't get easier, you just get stronger."

Jacklyn is a wife and mother of two. She has spent 9 years in the Air Force. As a Training Manager, she has a passion for learning, assisting and developing others. Currently, she is the VP for the local AFSA chapter and is committed to providing resources whether it be education or resilience to those far and wide.

I’ve been in the Air Force for 12 years working as a RF Technician, Supervisor, Honor Guard NCOIC, Tech School Instructor, Section Chief, and Professional Development Program Manager, and I love working with new people and learning from their experiences.  Developing myself and others is my passion, “1% better every day.”  I’ve been married for 13 years and have an 11-year-old daughter, I develop myself for them and you. I’m known for smiling in photos.

A prevention specialist on Eglin, a teammate, a doer, and connector. She is coming to Eglin from the 1SOW and has over 13 years in the private sector. Together over 18 years of experience in consulting, executive coaching, developing high performing teams and developing organizational culture. Her philosophy is always “Connection before Content” and her passion is community. She is the founder of an international women’s stand up paddle group that focuses on creating communities on and around the water that support their local water communities in stewardship, philanthropy, and of course adventure.

Josh White is a husband, father of two, and an active duty Master Sergeant with 19 years served in the Public Health and Military Funeral Honors career field. Josh is the host of the HeroFront Podcast which interviews service members around the world and was recently selected as the 2022 Veteran Podcast of the Year. He believes in the power of human connection built through trust, transparency, and conversation as a catalyst to take action in life.
